My Big Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 loaves bread, torn in pieces
2 cans evaporated milk
about 2 cans water
2 lb. raisins
1 doz. eggs
about 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
pinch of salt
cinnamon
nutmeg
butter or margarine
Preparation

Reconstitute milk with water.
Pour milk over bread. Mix in raisins.
Beat eggs and add to bread mixture.
Add 1/2 cup sugar and pinch of salt.
Add cinnamon and nutmeg according to taste. Extra sugar may be needed depending on how sweet raisins are. Mix well.
