Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. mayonnaise
1/4 lb. Blue cheese
1 pt. buttermilk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp. Accent
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic oil
dash of Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Crumble the cheese and mix well with all ingredients.
Flavor improves when this stands a few hours.
