Ingredients

1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy cream
butter
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients in bowl.
Add eggs and whip lightly with electric mixer on medium speed.
Blend in milk and cream, a little at a time on medium speed.
Do not over mix, mixture should be smooth.
