Jello Mold With Pretzel Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. 10x sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 pt. frozen strawberries
2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Mix pretzels, sugar and butter.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Let cool.
In an electric mixer, beat Cool Whip, cream cheese and 10x sugar.
Spread mixture on cooled pretzel crust.
Dissolve Jell-O in water; add strawberries. Put in refrigerator; stir frequently until it starts to jel but not set (1 to 1 1/2 hours).
Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate overnight.
