Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    4 to 5 scallions, chopped
    1 pkg. (12-inch) flour tortillas
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
    1 small can chopped black olives
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, dry dressing mix and scallions together well.
    Spread a thin layer of cheese mixture on tortillas. Sprinkle green chilies, pimentos and black olives over tortillas lightly.
    (Drain chilies, pimentos and olives well.)
    Roll up and slice.
