Chicken Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 1/4 lb.) bone-in chicken breast
2 c. water
1 rib celery, cut up
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c skim milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 diced onion
1 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. potatoes (1/2-inch cubes)
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine chicken, water, celery, bay leaf and salt in a 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Simmer, covered, until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken from broth, cool and dice.
Set aside. Strain broth.
Add milk.
Set aside.
