Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo (2 sticks)
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll into small balls or twist into half moons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done or brown on bottom.
    Cool completely.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
    Warm cookies will cause sugar to melt.
