Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup soft margarine
1/3 cup oil
1-3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
2-1/2 cups flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups chopped zucchini
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Nuts, optional

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugars; add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Blend.
Mix dry ingredients and blend with creamed mixture.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chips and nuts.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
