Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    4 whole eggs
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients together for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
    Cool and place in cooked pie shell.
    Top with real or lite whipped cream.
    Cook on low fire and stir continuously.
