"Ship Wreck" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 good size potatoes
    6 good size carrots
    1 c. green beans
    3 stalks celery
    1 good size onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    slice
    potatoes
    in
    bottom
    of well-greased 2-inch deep
    casserole
    dish.
    Salt
    and pepper to taste.
    Add layer of carrots
    and celery and then beans.
    Brown onion and ground beef. Put on top then add tomato soup.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for
    1 1/2
    hours.
    Uncover and let brown the last 15 minutes.
