Matthew'S One Dish Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cheddar cheese soup
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
    1 pkg. frozen Tater Tots
    1 small onion, chopped fine (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown
    beef
    and onion in skillet;
    drain
    grease.
    Put mixture in 2-quart buttered casserole.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Spread
    vegetables
    evenly
    over
    the
    beef
    mixture. Spread cheese soup evenly over the\tvegetables.
    Arrange Tater Tots over casserole to cover cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
