Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small can clams, drained (save juice)
3 small envelopes gelatin (unflavored)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 small cans shrimp, drained
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
Finely chop drained shrimp and drained clams.
Add all other ingredients, except gelatin, to creamed mixture.
Mix gelatin with clam juice, then add to other ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
