Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. pineapple chunks
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges
    3 or 4 bananas
    strawberries or kiwi (when in season)
    2 apples
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 small box vanilla pudding (3 1/2 oz.)
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
Preparation
    Mix pudding, milk, frozen orange juice concentrate and sour cream.
    Cut up fruit and drain cans.
    Add to the milk mixture. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
