Royal Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. raw cranberries
2 whole oranges
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. (1 envelope) gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 pkg. raspberry jello
2 3/4 c. water (1 c. hot and 1 3/4 c. cold)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

On day before serving, grind cranberries and oranges; mix with sugar.
Let set overnight.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Mix jello and add gelatin mixture.
Add drained pineapple and nuts. Chill thoroughly.
Serves 15.
