Grand Champion Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cream
1 c. milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375\u00b0. Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
