Broccoli And Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 1 (10-inch) quiche pan
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 c. cream
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped ham
    3/4 c. Gruyere cheese
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar (white)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Line pan with pastry and partially bake, unfilled, for 20 minutes in a 425\u00b0
    oven.
    Remove stems from broccoli; cut tops in small pieces and blanch in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes. Drain, cool and chop coarsely (about 2 cups).
    Whisk together cream, milk and eggs; add broccoli, ham, cheese and wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour into pastry shell and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0
    oven for 30 minutes until puffed and brown on top.
