Enchilada Pie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Chorizo (Mexican Sausage)
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 med. onion (chopped)
    2 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    3 med. potatoes (boiled and diced)
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    12 corn tortillas
    2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
    3/4 cup water
Preparation
    Fry the first 3 ingredients together.
    Add the tomato sauce. Boil the potatoes.
    Add the chili powder and the potatoes to the meat mixture.
    Simmer.
