Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef tenderloin
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
    1/2 c. ginger ale
    1/4 c. beef broth
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    hot, cooked fine noodles
Preparation
    Cut beef tenderloin across grain in 1/4-inch thick strips. In skillet, heat cooking oil.
    Quickly brown the meat in oil for 2 to 4 minutes.
    Remove meat from skillet.
    Add sliced mushrooms and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove mushrooms.
    Add sherry and beef broth to skillet and bring to a boil.
    Cook, uncovered, until liquid is reduced to 1/3 cup.
    Stir in dairy sour cream.
