Potato Casserole(Serves 12 To 16) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. bag shredded hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 c. cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 small chopped onion
    12 oz. grated sharp cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper (fresh ground)
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
Preparation
    Place thawed potatoes in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Combine next 7 ingredients and pour over potatoes.
    Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can be frozen.
