Noodle Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 to 2 c. tomato juice
    1 can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    Cheddar cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    1 small container cottage cheese
    egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion together; drain.
    Add oregano, basil, tomato juice and tomato paste; simmer.
    Fix egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Mix noodles, cottage cheese and sauce together and pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
