Very Easy Individual Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

24 foil muffin tins
24 vanilla wafer cookies
16 oz. Cream Cheese (softened room temp)
2 eggs
1 teas. vanilla
1 or 2 cans canned fruit for topping

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.
Place vanilla wafers in muffin tins. Cream together cream cheese, eggs and vanilla fill muffin tins halfway with cream cheese mixture.
Bake 10 minutes at 350F.
Top with fruit (cherries, blueberries, pineapple etc.) when cooled. Makes 24.
