Ham 'N' Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 Cup Green Onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Margarine, divided
    1 lb. Fully Cooked Ham, cubed
    1 Tbsp. Flour
    3/4 Cup Milk
    1/4 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
    3 Cups Potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
    1/8 Tsp. Pepper
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute onions and green pepper in 1 tablespoon of margarine until tender.
    Combine onions and pepper with potatoes, ham and mayonnaise; pour into an ungreased 9x13 baking dish.
    In a saucepan, melt remaining margarine.
    Stir in flour and pepper until smooth.
    Gradually add milk and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
    Stir in cheese just until melted and pour over potato mixture.
