Artichoke Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. chopped spinach
    3 cans artichokes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 C. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1 C. stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
    garlic powder to taste
    3 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Cook and drain spinach. Combine spinach, sour cream, garlic, and 1/2 stick melted butter. Add artichokes and combine.
    Melt the other 1/2 stick of butter and mix with the stuffing.
    Place spinach mixture in the casserole dish and top with stuffing mixture.
    Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes.
