Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, beaten
    12 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. sausage
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain completely.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour in long baking
    pan.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 35 minutes or until done (using custard doneness test).
    You may use ham or bacon.
    Also you can add various vegetables for variety. Excellent holiday or other family breakfast.
