Pear-Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fresh winter pears, cored and quartered
    1 thin-skinned orange, quartered and seeded
    1 lemon, quartered and seeded
    4 c. (1 lb.) cranberries
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Force fruit through
    food
    chopper, using coarse blade. Add sugar and ginger.
    Refrigerate
    several hours or overnight before serving.
    Store in refrigerator.
