Kolacky - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. raspberries or apricot preserves
powdered sugar
Preparation

Thoroughly blend butter, cheese and sugar.
Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
Knead to form stiff dough.
Roll 1/4-inch thickness on a well floured board.
Cut into 2-inch circles.
Place 1/4 teaspoon preserves in center.
Press together. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove and cool.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Makes 5 dozen.
