Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash, cut up
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. water chestnuts
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    lightly buttered bread crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in a very small amount of salted water. Add oleo and cheese and let melt; add mayonnaise and beaten egg. Mix well and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Add lightly buttered bread crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
