Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean pork
1 c. water
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 large can of drained pineapple chunks
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

For 6 servings:
Dice and brown lean pork in bacon fat.
Cook until clear and thick.
Add pork and cook 1 hour covered.
A few minutes before serving, add thinly sliced green peppers and onion, also pineapple chunks.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve with brown rice.
