Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. strawberry jello
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed strawberries
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 medium bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add thawed strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
    Put half of mixture in dish. Refrigerate until firm.
    Put sour cream over mixture and add remaining jello mixture and refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into serving size squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
