Brick Cake(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oatmeal
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. cream of wheat
    1 c. powdered skim milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 can chopped peaches, drained
    5 to 6 ripe bananas
    1 c. concentrated apple juice (frozen)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 to 1 c. skim milk (just enough to give the texture of cornbread batter, moist, but not too soggy)
    cinnamon to taste (1 Tbsp.)
    raisins (1/2 to 1 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients, then add the liquid, leaving milk for last to give the right texture.
    Add raisins.
    Pour into glass baking dishes.
    Pour 1/2 to 3/4-inches deep (any deeper and it won't cook inside).
    There should be enough to fill 2 glass dishes, depending on size.
    I use one 9 x 13-inch and one 9 x 9-inch. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake until done, 30 to 40 minutes.
    (Cut into center and look to see if done.)
    Cut into squares when cooled.
