Linda Batton'S Chicken Or Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
1 soup can water
1 c. long grain regular rice (uncooked)
1/2 stick margarine
6 to 8 pieces chicken or pork chops
Preparation

Mix the soups, water and rice in a bowl.
Melt 1/2 of the margarine in a casserole dish.
Pour in soup and rice mixture. Melt the rest of the margarine and brown the chicken or pork chops in it.
Place browned chicken or pork chops on top of rice.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Dish size:
3-quart or 9 x 13-inch.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
