Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked ham, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
6 eggs, beaten
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Saute ham and onion in butter until tender.
Add eggs and cook until eggs form large soft curls.
When eggs are set, stir in cheese sauce and mushrooms.
Spoon into casserole and top with bread crumbs.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
