Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    12 oz. sour cream
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted margarine and sprinkle with paprika (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Excellent reheated, too.
