Hamburger-Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1 or 2 hot peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
2 lb. squash, cooked until tender
2/3 c. instant rice
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion and peppers.
Add 1/2 cup cheese, half of soup and half of water.
Mix squash, rice, the rest of the soup and water.
Layer in casserole, ending with meat mixture.
Put rest of cheese on top, then sprinkle cracker crumbs on top of the cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
