Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. cooked noodles
    1 can creamed mushroom soup
    1 can milk
    1 can drained mushrooms
Preparation
    Pound steak to tenderize.
    Cut into 1 x 4-inch pieces.
    Roll in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook until brown.
    In another skillet saute the onions and celery in 1/4 cup butter until limp or clear. Cook noodles until just tender; drain.
    Mix can of cream of mushroom soup, can of milk and can of drained mushrooms.
    Add onions, celery, meat and noodles.
    Pour into greased casserole and bake 1 hour.
    Eight minutes before serving, remove from oven, make opening with fork and pour in the sour cream.
    Return to oven for the remaining 8 minutes.
    Serves 8.
