Weight Watchers Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 gal. chocolate frozen yogurt (fat-free and sugar-free)
    8 oz. carton light Cool Whip
    1/3 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
    1/4 c. crunchy type peanut butter
    1 small pkg. sugar-free chocolate instant pudding (dry)
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix together and spoon into Pyrex pie plate.
    Keep in freezer.
    Cut into 8 slices.
    Each one counts as 1/2 bread, 1/2 protein, 1/2 milk, 1/2 fat and 20 additional calories.
