Impossible Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 envelopes taco seasoning
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tomato, diced
Preparation
    Grease a square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch).
    Cook beef and onion in skillet until brown.
    Drain.
    Stir in seasoning.
    Spoon into plate.
    Beat Bisquick, milk and 2 eggs with wire whisk or hand beater, until almost smooth, about 1 minute.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 25 minutes). Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Garnish with lettuce and tomato and if desired, sour cream.
    Serves 6 to 8.
