Honey-Banana Cake(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 bananas
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. canola oil
    2 egg whites
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, saving pecans for last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
