Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix sugar, brown sugar and margarine together.
    Add the mixture to the egg yolks and water.
    Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Serve over angel food cake or apple pie.
