Weight Watchers Quick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pinto or kidney beans, drained
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 can Niblets corn, drained
    2 cans tomatoes (16 oz.)
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes into chunks.
    Cook turkey in nonstick skillet until done; drain off liquid.
    Put turkey in medium size saucepan. Add drained beans, chili seasoning mix, corn and tomatoes with juice.
    Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 6 servings (2/3 cup serving equals 2P, 1B and 1/2V).
