Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. coarsely ground meat
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 pod dried red pepper
1/4 c. chili powder
1 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. ground comino
3 c. boiling water
Preparation

Cook until gray before adding water.
Bring to boil over low heat (175\u00b0 to 200\u00b0) for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender and flavors are thoroughly blended.
Stir occasionally.
If mixture becomes thicker than desired, add boiling water.
Makes about 8 cups.
