Virginia Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and Tabasco sauce, mixing well.
    Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
    Remove from heat; stir in corn, green pepper, onion and pimiento.
    Refrigerate in airtight container for 48 hours.
