Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/4 c. lard
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 to 1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix flour and lard together.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add warm water, a little at a time.
    Mix until the consistency of pie dough.
    Pull off small amounts and roll until flat.
    Cook on griddle on ungreased nonstick frying pan.
