Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. fresh carrots, sliced thin
    2 onions, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place sliced carrots in boiling salted water.
    Cook about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add onion and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Mix tomato soup, oil, vinegar and sugar together.
    Bring to boil.
    Pour over carrot mixture.
    Refrigerate.
    This will keep a month.
