Shrimp Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
1 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced parsley
2/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Put in a crock or china or glass bowl.
Refrigerate several days and enjoy.
