Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 small onion, grated
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. packaged bread crumbs or crushed soda crackers
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients well. Form mixture into 8 patties 3/4-inch thick. Spread crumbs on waxed paper.
    Press patties gently into crumbs to coat.
    Heat oil in large skillet and fry patties over medium heat 4 minutes per side until crisp.
