Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Miceli's Ricotta
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Place Ricotta in mixer; whip for 3 minutes.
Add sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Then gradually add flour.
Pour mixture into 10-inch pie dish with graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
