Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. water
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Add the next 3 ingredients.
Add the next 5 ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
