Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream together flour, butter and powdered sugar.
Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan over bottom and part way up the sides.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix together eggs, lemon juice, sugar, flour and salt.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powder when cooled.
