Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. cheese, grated (your choice)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach briefly and drain.
    Mix egg and milk.
    Add spinach and cheese.
    Mix, adding salt and pepper.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Top with additional cheese.
    Broccoli may be substituted for spinach.
